Our current Turnaround Time (TAT) is 1-3 Business Days. Turnaround Time accounts for Processing Time. This does not include Shipping Time. Shipping Time varies and is dependent on the Carrier.

Step by Step Pressing Instructions:

1.)Pre-Press Garment 315-325 F to remove moisture for 5-10 seconds.

2.)Place transfer on the garment while side down and cover with Teflon/parchment paper.

3.)Press 315-325 F with heavy pressure for 10-15 seconds.

4.)Wait 5-10 seconds then peel.

5.)Cover with Teflon/parchment paper and press again for 5-10 seconds.

Every heat press is different, temps and pressures are not always accurate or even, so adjusting for your individual press is necessary. We highly recommend a heat gun. We are not responsible for any pressing issues due to inaccurate temperatures or pressure.

*Pressure is important. Some presses do not have enough pressure to work.*

We print Custom Transfers! There are a few rules and guidelines when it comes to ordering Custom Transfers through us. Please read them below:

*PLEASE ENSURE ALL UPLOADED ARTWORK IS TRANSPARENT AND NO LESS THAN 300 DPI* If your files are not print-ready there will be a design fee assessed.

By ordering a custom transfer listing you declare that you have the copyrights over the artwork to be printed! We are not responsible for any trademark/copyright issues! 

Prints are sized off the longest side of the design.

Direct-to-film or DTF is a high-quality full-color transfer, which is printed on clear film. DTF can be applied on a wide range of materials including, cotton, nylon, treated leather, polyester, 50/50 blends, and more (light and dark fabrics).

*We print all files as is. No refunds will be given for poor-quality of prints*

Quality - Please check the resolution of your file before placing your order. Again, your file will be printed as it is received. 300 dpi is the suggested minimum.

We offer tax exemptions to customers who own a LEGAL BUSINESS and have PROPER DOCUMENTATION. Follow the steps below to become a tax-exempt customer.

1.) Create an account on our website. At the top of our website click the icon that looks like a person and create an account.
